How do I know if my order was successful?

You will get an email saying “Your order is successful’”. This means your order has been received. Please know that you will get another email that contains your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

When will my order be delivered?

Your package’s delivery date is based on your shipping information. Please note that all packages are processed and shipped the next business day. Kindly check our detailed shipping info for more inquiries.

How do I know the status of my order?

Kindly log into your account, click on “track my order” so you can input your order number and tracking number to know the current location of your order.

What if I dont get my order in time or it gets lost?

In the unlikely event that this happens, kindly contact us within 24 hours of when your package ought to have arrived.

How do I process a return?

Please note that we accept returns and exchanges but WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDITS. Do check our Terms and Conditions on how to return an item.

Can I return my item I got on sales?

All items purchased at sales rate are not valid for an exchange or return.This also applies to clearance items.

Are your products reusable?

Yes! You can reuse our glass jars in your home in various ways, such as storage. We also offer a return and refill service. Contact admin@danglifestyle.co for further details.
